  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery (based on courier tracking).
  • The item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue must be submitted to our support team.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and agricultural compliance reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products that were correctly delivered and meet their description.
  • Delays caused by customs clearance, local taxes, or courier issues beyond our control.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

Please note: Our natural farm products may have slight variations in color, shape, or aroma, which are normal and do not qualify as defects.


3. Reporting a Problem

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you prefer, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a cash refund — at your choice.


5. Shipping Responsibility

If a return is requested and approved:

  • If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., wrong address or refusal to receive), the customer may be responsible for the return cost.
